Mission Statement:

Joseph Kemish Architects Ltd. has worked across various market sectors:
Residential - new build and extension of all scales (including barn conversions), Public, Commercial, Light Industrial and Education.

All projects small and large are given full attention with a realistic programme set at the outset.  The Practice has 2D drafting and 3D computer modelling facilities, this coupled with physical models facilitates the detailed investigation of design solutions.

Enthusiasm for Architecture, Urbanism, the Built Environment and Low Energy design principles are applied to all projects to suit the Clients aspirations and budget.  It is the Practice's belief that good design and low energy principles can be applied cost effectively to all projects.

Services

All services can be provided including: Feasibility, Planning, Building Regulations drawings, producing a full set of Tender documentation and following the building on site.  Any or all of these services can be provided at an appropriate level which will be agreed for each project at the outset.
